30 September 2014 – selection of the participants
10 October 2014 – distribution of participants in the sessions
20 October 2014 – final confirmation of participants; the deadline of fee payment (if is the case)

Selected papers presented in the conference will be published in the conference proceedings. Some papers will be selected for publication in our journals: Eurolimes and Analele Universităţii din Oradea, Seria Relaţii Internaţionale şi Studii Europene (quoted in three international databases, EBSCO, CEEOL and Index Copernicus)
